Dr. Devi Prasanna Goyal (Dr. D. P. Goyal) is a visionary industrialist, public healthcare reformer, and the Founder & Executive Chairman of Winntus Group of Companies — India's largest commercial formwork and scaffolding logistics enterprise based in Gurugram, Haryana.
Born in Haryana, Dr. DP Goyal began his journey with humble beginnings and an indomitable work ethic. In 1999, recognizing the critical bottlenecks in Indian construction safety and high-rise shuttering, he established Winntus. Over 25+ years, he transformed the unorganized scaffolding trade into an institutional, pan-India rental fleet exceeding 65,000+ MT, trusted by over 1,000+ top builders including L&T, DLF, Tata Projects, and Shapoorji Pallonji.
Following the tragic loss of his mother to cancer due to late diagnosis and inaccessible medical care, Dr. Goyal founded CanWinn Foundation in March 2019 along with his brother Naveen Goyal. Driven by their 3A Philosophy — Affordable, Assurable, Approachable — the foundation has delivered subsidized ₹100 OPD consultations, polyclinics, dialysis, and emergency healthcare to over 9.5 Lakh+ patients.

In 2019, Dr. DP Goyal expanded his lifetime commitment from building India's skyline to healing India's underprivileged through CanWinn Foundation. What began as a promise in memory of his late mother now operates polyclinics, Aarogya Dham dialysis units, 24×7 ambulance networks, and Mobile Aarogya Raths delivering doorstep consultations at Just ₹100 across Haryana and NCR.
